Join us for Alumni Weekend 2012!
Save the Date: August 23th-26th, 2012. $45/night per person on a Platform, $65/night per person in an indoor room, $20/night for kids 12 and under.
Dear Camp Trinity Alumni,
2012 will be our 81st summer of Camp Trinity on the Bar 717 Ranch. Six years ago, at the 75th Reunion celebration, we heard from many of you that you don't want to wait 25 years between Camp Trinity get-togethers. We took your sentiments to heart and created Alumni Weekend.
Attendance is open to all current or former Bar 717 Ranch campers and staff, along with family or friends. We hope you’ll join us at the Ranch for a fun and relaxing summer weekend in the mountains.
In an effort to accommodate everyone’s schedule, the weekend is designed so you can come for the amount of time suits you best-- 1, 2, or the whole 3 days. Arrival time will be anytime after 3:00PM Thursday afternoon, August 26th. Our first meal will be dinner on Thursday, at 6:00PM. On the last day, we’ll have sack lunch fixings available after Sunday Morning Breakfast.

As you can see, we’ve planned some events and programs, but have left much of the time open for visiting, swimming, hiking, and other activities best organized on the spot by family and friends. Our objective is to keep the weekend affordable, and to that end the program is really most about the best part of coming back to Camp Trinity—visiting with people.
And speaking of friends…just like we did a few years ago with the 75th Reunion, we are really counting on you, our Alumni, to help us get the word out about Alumni Weekend. Please pass this email along to anyone you know who has a connection to the Bar 717 Ranch. We need your help to reach the Camp Trinity folks who you may be in touch with, but who are not on our mailing list.
To sign up, return the attached Enrollment Form and Liability Release, along with your payment to the Ranch. We will assign accommodations upon receipt of your completed Enrollment Form. If you would like to request a particular platform or guest room, please contact us us at the Ranch so we can let you know what is available.
